Survey Linked Here Requirements What You'll Do: As a member of the Operations team, the Property Manager will lead a team to ensure the condition of each property is in line with company standards. The Property Manager will assist with inspections as needed. The Property Manager will primarily focus on schedule creation, project management, communication, and leading a strong and effective team.

- Oversee residential rental properties.
- Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.
- Manage the day-to-day repairs, ongoing maintenance, and upkeep of properties.
- Lead a team of Property Inspectors and an Assistant Property Manager.
- Interview and recruit to fill staffing needs.
- Create employee shift schedules.
- Create daily task schedules for the team, cleaners, vendors, etc.
- Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments.
- Conduct meetings with team members, vendors, and owners.
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Basic maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform small repairs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Employee must have a Mobile device with data plan that allows them to be access the internet during inspections.
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- The ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
