Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and government properties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company and OSHA safety standards.
• Assist with job site setup, material transport, and general labor duties.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - experience is a plus, but not required!
• Basic knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to use painting tools, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Comfort working on ladders, scaffolding, and in various environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Commitment to safety and following company policies.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must provide your own basic tools.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday - Friday, occasional weekends as needed
