The opportunity

\n

You’ll work closely with our consultants and clients to understand their hiring needs, identify hard-to-find talent and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role gives you the opportunity to become a specialist in your market and build a strong network of candidates and clients in your specialism.

\n

You’ll join one of our growing Chicago teams, specializing in:

\n

\n
• High-Tech Recruitment – Product, Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity
\n
• GTM Recruitment – Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success
\n

\n

\n

Experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer-facing roles or sales is a bonus, but what matters most is that you’re curious, driven and motivated by connecting great people with great opportunities.

\n

\n

The day-to-day of this role:

\n

\n
• Headhunting and sourcing candidates against specific client requirements
\n
• Using LinkedIn, our internal database and other sourcing tools to identify hard-to-find talent
\n
• Running candidate vetting calls to understand experience, motivations, career goals and suitability for opportunities
\n
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates across your specialist market
\n
• Presenting relevant candidates to consultants and clients
\n
• Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates informed throughout the process
\n
• Managing multiple active candidates and recruitment processes at once
\n
• Developing a strong understanding of your specialist market, including key companies, talent pools and hiring trends
\n
• Maintaining accurate candidate and activity information within our CRM
\n
• Delivering a high-quality candidate experience from first conversation through to placement
\n
• Being a core part of the team day-to-day and contributing positively to our culture
\n

• $45,000 – $50,000 base salary (negotiable depending on relevant experience)
