AI Product Manager (W2/Fulltime)

Miracle Software Systems, Inc. is looking for "Sr. AI Product Manager for long term Contract/Fulltime position at Dearborn, MI. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and workflows . Conduct user research and translate findings into product requirements and priorities. Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve customer experience and streamline processes. Define product success metrics related to adoption, engagement, retention, usability, and business value . Own the product roadmap , backlog , execution plan , and stakeholder communication . Work closely with engineering , data science , design , and business teams to deliver solutions. Proactively identify problems, recommend solutions, and drive work forward with limited oversight . Manage delivery activities , dependencies , risks , and priorities in the absence of a dedicated project manager. looking for stronger evidence of end-to-end product management ownership, particularly around establishing product roadmap and driving execution. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in product management , customer experience , business analysis , or product delivery . Working knowledge of AI products , Generative AI , Machine Learning , RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) , and AI Agents . Strong communication , stakeholder management , user research , and facilitation skills . Experience defining and measuring the success of AI-enabled products . Automotive industry or automotive workflow experience is preferred. Comfortable working in an ambiguous , fast-moving product development environment .
