Marketing Intern (Digital, SEO/GEO, Social Media, Content & Analytics) Reports to: Head of Marketing – Europe Location: Remote – based in Germany or the Netherlands Term: 4-6 months (ideal start: ASAP) Working hours: Full-time preferred Paid internship: Monthly allowance provided Role Overview & Expected Outcomes Kepner-Tregoe (KT) is a global consulting and training firm that helps organizations think clearly and act decisively. As we are expanding our digital marketing presence, we are seeking a Marketing Intern to support our European B2B marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience developing, managing, and analyzing digital and social media tools and campaigns. Your contribution should enable KT to increase qualified organic traffic, improve website content performance in German, and systematically learn from data to refine our digital and social tactics – contributing directly to our 2026 lead gen and brand building goals. Key Responsibilities Assist in SEO & GEO activities (Germany/DACH focus), on-page optimization for German pages, keyword research, internal linking. Publish quick‑win fixes in collaboration with website owners and external SEO partners Draft, adapt, and optimize German landing pages, blog posts, EDMs; align tone with KT brand and European campaigns Support development and execution of organic and paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, publish posts, monitor engagement and analytics, track key metrics, and recommend improvements Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visuals, carousels, and short-form videos Participate in weekly global marketing team meetings and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement What you’ll gain Ownership & visibility: Take charge of your own marketing projects and present results directly to Heads of and Executive stakeholders Hands-on marketing skills: Gain practical experience in SEO/GEO, content creation, social media and digital analytics International exposure: Work across European markets in a cross-cultural, collaborative team and strengthen your global communication skills Fast growth & mentoring: Learn in a small team with close mentoring, real responsibility and room to shape your work Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field Native German (or native level/C2) writing and editing; strong English Hands on with SEO (keyword research, SERP analysis, on page optimization) Experience with LinkedIn, CMS (WordPress preferred), and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express) Interested in global business About Kepner-Tregoe Kepner-Tregoe (KT) is a global consulting and training firm headquartered in the US that has been helping organizations solve complex problems, make better decisions, and implement strategic change since 1958.
