Overview Designer I and Designer II positions are described with Job Codes DESIGN01 and DESIGN02 and respective Grade Levels 9 (Exempt) and 10 (Exempt). PER SOCCo Policy DND-HR-PRO-00001 states that internal employees must be in current position for one year or greater to be eligible to apply. Position overview: Under general supervision, performs designer and drafting/CAD operator job functions as assigned by management. Typical responsibilities include assisting and supporting management in design and drafting.
