Tier 1 Data Center Technician (Active Secret Clearance)

Role Overview Clear Creek Federal is seeking a Tier 1 Data Center Technician to support a federal client in Beltsville, MD. This is an onsite role with a day shift schedule, responsible for monitoring and maintaining the server environment, communicating with stakeholders, and collaborating with Systems Administrators. What You Will Do Monitor and maintain the server environment Perform server reboots Troubleshoot server problems Document changes and issues Communicate with stakeholders and collaborate with Systems Administrators to resolve issues Why It Might Be a Fit This role requires a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and effective teamwork skills. Knowledge of IT Service Management tools, Microsoft 365 suite, and VMware vSphere is a plus.
