Job Opportunity: Full-time Registered Nurse (RN)

We are excited to announce that our organization, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a ‘Best Nursing Home’, is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team at The Terraces of Boise. Our RNs play a crucial role in addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while embracing our commitment to “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (depending on experience) + $2.00 per hour Night Shift Differential

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring participation in the daily life rhythm of residents.
• Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and initiate care plans as necessary, while effectively supervising resident care.
• Coordinate assignments with care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
