About the Opportunity
MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a growing client in the Des Moines area. This entry-level role focuses on building client relationships and helping local families and businesses with supplemental benefits. Full training provided no prior insurance experience needed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounts and relationships.
Conduct check-ins and benefit presentations.
Track activity and support account growth.
Collaborate on growth strategies.

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional, reliable, and goal oriented.
Valid driver's license.
Comfortable with in-person client meetings.
