We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or catering environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Your passion for cooking and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests. 2 plus years experience is essential Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Participate in catering events as required, providing support in meal preparation and service. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
