All positions are in person (no remote positions available).

We are growing and have four shifts we are currently filling. Below are the options, can you commit to any/all of them?

Shifts:

• 6:00am-2:30pm Sunday thru Thursday (Friday and Saturday off)
• 7am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
• 3:00pm-11:30pm Tuesday thru Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)
• 11:00am-7:30pm Tuesday thru Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)

What you'll do:

This is not a passive customer service role. This is consultative, relationship-driven inside sales in a high-volume call environment.

You will:

• Take inbound & outbound calls from individuals seeking treatment
• Build trust quickly in emotionally sensitive conversations
• Use strong objection-handling skills
• Guide prospective clients toward next steps in the admissions process
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce & EMR systems
• Work closely with Admissions to convert leads into successful enrollments
• Hit performance goals while maintaining empathy and professionalism

Experience in behavioral health is helpful but not required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven sales or customer service experience with measurable success
• Ability to work scheduled shifts (including a weekend day)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Professionalism in high-stress conversations

Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen (including THC/marijuana) is required.
