Job Description

Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician :

Responsibilities:

Perform grounds maintenance and light landscaping.
Conduct HVAC maintenance (preferred but not required).
Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including turnovers and work orders.
Handle plumbing, drywall repair and texturing, painting, electrical repair, carpentry, and appliance repair and installation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of onsite residential maintenance work experience.
Must have your own set of basic hand tools and a power drill.
Reliable transportation.
Availability Monday-Friday for an 8-hour workday, full-time (40 hours per week).
HVAC certification is preferred (proof of certification required if applicable).
No on-call duties.
