- Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm -- 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule
- 15 patients per shift
- Outpatient practice setting
- Procedures: spinal cord stimulation, RF ablation, and injections
- Fellowship training required
- Hospital and surgery center privileges required
