Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday – Monday | 4×10 Hours
Local Candidates Required: Yes
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes
Pay Rate:
Traveler: $62 - $68
Local: $55 - $60
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to perform echocardiography procedures and produce high-quality diagnostic cardiac images in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Cardiac Sonography or Ultrasound program.
Current ARDMS RDCS or CCI RCS certification required.
BLS (AHA) certification required.
Recent experience with TTE, Stress Echo, TEE, and Definity injections required.
Strong communication skills and hospital echocardiography experience.
Responsibilities
Perform Transthoracic Echocardiograms (TTE).
Perform Stress Echocardiography examinations.
Assist with and perform Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) procedures.
Prepare and administer Definity contrast as indicated.
Obtain patient histories and explain testing procedures.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images and document studies accurately.
Follow quality assurance, safety, and departmental imaging protocols.
