Work you'll do As a Manufacturing Executions Systems Solution Architect Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for: Leading discussions with senior leaders and business stakeholders to define Manufacturing Execution System (MES) needs and translate requirements into solution functionalityCollaborating with technical architects to design scalable, technically feasible Siemens Opcenter Core/Camstar solutionsPerforming functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design activities for MES implementationsLeading delivery of complex MES projects across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support in a fast-paced team environmentContributing to practice growth by sharing knowledge, helping solve client challenges, and supporting innovation in current and emerging MES solutions A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Our team helps clients transform their value chains into competitive advantages. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience5+ years of experience implementing Siemens Opcenter Core/Camstar, including solution design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, and upgrades5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification documentation, system configuration, system testing, solution delivery, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery modelsExperience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architectureAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
