Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for adults and older adults.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills consistent with outpatient practice standards.
