Acquisitions Specialist (Inbound Leads | 100% Remote | High Performance Sales)

This is not a typical sales role.

If you’re early in your career, competitive, and want to build a real high-income skill — this is where it starts.

This is a fully remote role. You can work from anywhere, but performance is everything.

We’re not looking to hire a lot of people — just a few strong ones who can actually execute.

What You’ll Be Doing

We generate the opportunities.

You’ll take inbound calls from homeowners, build trust quickly, understand their situation, present offers, handle objections, and close deals.

No cold calling. No chasing.

When the opportunity is in front of you, your job is to perform.

What You Get

Consistent inbound leads, proven scripts and systems, hands-on training in real estate acquisitions, daily coaching and feedback, and a high-performance, competitive remote environment. A draw is available during the ramp period for qualified candidates.

Top performers earn $150K–$180K+.

A lot of people who do well here come from backgrounds like sports, sales, or anything where performance actually mattered — where you had to show up, compete, and earn your spot.

You’re the type of person who brings energy into conversations, communicates well, and connects easily with people. You’re confident but coachable, you don’t take rejection personally, and you’re used to working for your results.

You take growth seriously. You want to improve, make money, and be around other people who operate at a high level.

This is a relaxed but high-performance environment — people get along, but everyone here is focused on results.

If you’ve been in competitive environments — whether that’s sports, sales, or anything performance-driven — you’ll likely feel at home here.

You don’t need real estate experience, but you do need to be someone who’s used to pushing yourself and performing.

⚡ Backgrounds That Do Well

SDR/BDR (outbound sales), solar sales, door-to-door sales, high-ticket or consultative sales, and high-volume outbound environments.

Not a Fit If

You need a guaranteed paycheck, avoid performance-based environments, don’t respond well to feedback, or are looking for something easy or low-pressure.

Compensation

100% commission with draw available during the ramp. Inbound opportunities provided.

If you can close, you’ll do very well here.
