Are you a Board Certified Neonatologist looking for a high-impact per diem role in a nationally recognized children's hospital? Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking dedicated physicians to join the team at Golisano Children s Hospital in Fort Myers. This is a rare opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility that serves as the only state-designated Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Unit between Tampa and Miami.

Work within a family-centered, developmentally sensitive unit that emphasizes a team-based approach to neonatal care.

• Clinical Scope: Provide attending coverage in a 70-bed, Level-III NICU . Responsibilities include managing high-risk deliveries and providing well-baby and back-up coverage for a Level-I service.

• Team & Support: Join a robust team of 10 Neonatologists and 10 NNPs. Enjoy 24-hour NNP coverage and access to all subspecialty services (excluding cardiovascular surgery and ECMO).

• Facility Highlights: Golisano Children's Hospital is a 135-bed, standalone facility and a four-time Leapfrog "Top Children's Hospital" award winner. The associated health system manages over 7,000 deliveries annually.

• Shift Structure: 24-hour shifts consisting of rounding plus call from a home or hotel setting.

To ensure the highest standard of care in this designated Regional Perinatal center, candidates must meet the following:

• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Neonatology.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-fellowship experience in a neonatology role. Must have been clinically active within the last 12 months with at least 6 months of specialty-specific experience.

• Licensure: Active Florida State Medical License is required.

• CV Standards: CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained; home address, phone, and email must be listed on the first page.

• Required Documentation: A Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the last 30 days) and a completed prescreen questionnaire are required at the time of submission.
