Back Billing Analyst- 100% Remote Billing Boston , Massachusetts Temp Per Hour Jul 31, 2026 $29.00 - $33.00 KBW Financial Staffing is working with a leading SaaS client in Boston, MA that is looking for a Billing Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid contract position that is paying between $29-$33/hr depending on experience. The responsibilities for this role: Manage the full billing cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, cash application, collections, and timely payment processing across direct and reseller accounts Support month-end close by preparing reconciliations, journal entries, billing reports, and audit documentation while maintaining accurate revenue recognition Partner with internal departments to resolve billing issues, manage exception-based billing, and ensure compliance with booking policies Identify process improvements, maintain customer payment portals, and help strengthen billing procedures, internal controls, and team training The experience required for this role: 3+ years of accounts receivable/billing experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment Strong understanding of the full billing cycle, including subscription billing and commercial contract terms Experience with marketplace billing and third-party invoicing platforms Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Google Workspace; Avalara experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Compensation: $29-$33/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
