JOB DESCRIPTION

Department : Surgery

Shift Timings: 06:00-16:30 Monday to Friday (4 days/ 10 Hours)

Per Week : 40 Hours

Roles & Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

This is a CVOR position. Candidates must have Open Heart experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
• BLS and ACLS
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong technical skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Passionate about patient care
• Requires a minimum of two years of current RN Cardiothoracic Surgery experience.
• Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
• Active unencumbered Indiana RN state license
• One year of Cerner FirstNet experience


Requirements
• COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.
