Senior Manager, Retail Performance

The role expects experience monitoring, tracking and reporting KPIs, knowledge of retail budgets, sales trends and forecasting. A Bachelors Degree is preferred, with excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and strong knowledge of retail math. Experience with SAP BI, Power BI and/or Google Looker is highly beneficial; SAP knowledge is preferred, along with advanced Excel skills. What are we expecting from you? The Senior Manager, Retail Performance plays a key role in providing in-depth analysis and developing strategies and behaviors to drive business performance across the Americas region, aligning with Maison expectations. This involves understanding key retail drivers and performance metrics to proactively identify opportunities and strengthen the overall retail business. The role facilitates reporting and forecasting excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-departmental collaboration. This position reports to the Director, Retail Performance. Responsibilities Evaluate and deeply understand business performance across the Americas region, translating data to actionable insights aligned with Maison expectations. Develop strategies and behaviors that drive sales through key retail drivers and metrics. Formulate business strategies to address opportunities within the region and improve retail performance. Facilitate the implementation of reporting excellence and contribute to data-driven decision making. Manage retail business projects, including building high-level business decks. Support cross-functional departments with regular sharing of data to highlight concerns and opportunities in business trends; support in budget/LE process as well as monthly phasing. Partner with the Training team to analyze boutique performance, identify top performers and opportunities for improvement, and liaise with senior leadership and HR to ensure retail teams have the tools for optimal performance. Act as BI & Analytics expert and “go-to person” for all retail and staff: drive new BI functions rollout to US market; run key user tests, conduct Retail KPI training, and provide training on reports and dashboards for new boutique directors. Manage the Pre-CAR process for projects across the Americas network by conducting market research and projecting sales and team structures for boutiques. Create tools to support boutique management with forecasting, compliance adherence and overall performance (e.g., ad hoc reporting, educational tools). Prepare and perform financial analysis and reporting on KPIs for frequent reporting. Qualifications More than a role—we recruit for a career.
