Mancan is searching for Full-time Maintenance Supervisor for a Multi Million Dollar Condo Association In Naples.

Pay rate: starts @$30 to $35 per hour depending on experience

Temp to Perm

Mon thru Fri 8:00am to 4:30 pm with a 30 min lunch

Maintenance Supervisor Condo Association Job Description
A Maintenance Supervisor for a condominium association oversees daily property upkeep, coordinates maintenance staff, manages work orders, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and owner satisfaction standards

Key Duties
Staff Supervision: Monitor and direct maintenance, grounds, and gardening staff; assign daily/long-term work orders and verify completion

Project Management: Oversee small projects, capital improvements, and repairs; coordinate with contractors when needed

Quality Control: Inspect work before completion; review checklists, schedules, and time sheets; ensure proper communication channels between staff, supervisor, and association director

Performance Management: Conduct annual reviews for existing staff and 90-day reviews for new hires; assist in disciplinary actions (subject to Director approval)

Emergency Response: Participate in on-call schedules for urgent repairs; handle both routine and emergency maintenance

Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of House/Roads and other management staff; provide updates on issues and coordinate with residents as needed

Budget & Inventory: Monitor maintenance budgets, manage supplies, and ensure adequate stock for repairs

Skills & Requirements
Experience: Prior supervisory and project management experience preferred; 2+ years in condo, hotel, or apartment maintenance management is ideal

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and other general repairs

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Other: Valid drivers license; ability to travel for supplies; professional appearance and attitude

Knowledge:
Mechanical - Strong Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Exceptional Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Building and Construction - Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in construction repair.
Public Safety and Security - Strong Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
