Customer Service & Administrative SupportJohnson Brothers Ford is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable professional to join our Service Department in a Customer Service & Administrative Support role.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. You'll play an important role in supporting our Service Department's daily operations while ensuring customers receive a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.What You'll DoAnswer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with questions and service needs.Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer requests.Assist with cashiering, processing customer transactions, and daily deposit reconciliation.Support the loaner vehicle check-in and check-out process.Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, scanning documents, communicating with vendors, and corresponding with customers.Assist other Service Department team members during peak business hours or staffing absences.Maintain accurate records and help ensure daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently.Deliver friendly, attentive customer service while supporting a positive and professional work environment.What We're Looking ForMinimum of two years of customer service experience.Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous telephone manner.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a busy environment.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to support fellow team members.Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation.Employer-funded health insurance.Dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability benefits.401(k) with dealership match.Employee savings assistance.Rotating Saturdays off.Employee appreciation events and dealership-provided lunches.Why Johnson Brothers Ford?Johnson Brothers Ford has been family-owned and operated since 1982.
