Speech Pathology - San Antonio, TX

Make a lasting impact supporting students for the first nine-week period of the school year as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) in a contract assignment near San Antonio, TX. This on-site opportunity begins August 17th, 2026, continuing through October 9th, 2026, covering a maternity leave at two assigned schools. You’ll play a key role in shaping student communication development and will have the chance to supervise a bilingual SLPA, leveraging your expertise and leadership. Qualifications & Desired Skills Valid and current professional SLP license required Previous experience working in educational or school-based settings preferred CCC-SLP credential is required Bilingual Spanish proficiency strongly preferred Experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring SLPA staff is advantageous Must be able to pass fingerprinting and background check promptly Prepared to provide license documentation and complete time-sensitive credentialing Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services for a diverse school caseload Evaluate students, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate records and collaborate with educators and families Provide supervision and guidance to a bilingual SLPA Communicate assessment findings and recommendations to multidisciplinary teams Contribute actively to a positive and inclusive educational environment Scheduling Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week Contract dates: August 17th – October 9th, 2026 This is a fantastic opportunity to provide meaningful services during a crucial part of the school year while advancing your own professional growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soliant Health
