Director of Life Enrichment & Resident Experience

Lifespace Communities, Inc. in Geneva, IL seeks a Lifestyle Leadership professional to drive resident engagement and satisfaction. You will design and oversee life enrichment programs and coordinate community-wide events to align with resident interests and abilities. You will manage budgets, hiring, scheduling, and staff development, while coordinating with vendors to deliver meaningful experiences.
