Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. At least one year of administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software. Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Job Duties Check drivers in and out using a mobile application Assist drivers with fuel fill-ups when needed Verify and update driver information accurately Provide clerical and administrative support as assigned Maintain organized records and documentation Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Physical Capabilities: Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and team members Occasional walking and light lifting as needed
