Benefits Manager: Health & Welfare Admin & Communications

CRH is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the Benefits Administration & Communication function in our Atlanta corporate office. You will oversee health and welfare plan administration, leave of absence, benefits communications, and cross-functional collaboration with payroll, HRIS, legal, and safety. The role reports to the Senior Director of Health and Welfare Benefits and is a hybrid, US-based position with emphasis on compliance, vendor management, and employee engagement across a large, #J-18808-Ljbffr
