Material Handler

As a Material Handler , you are at the core of our supply chain and manufacturing flow, ensuring parts, materials, and finished goods get exactly where they need to be to deliver the Kärcher "WOW." This is how you WOW: Material Movement & Inventory: Load, unload, move, stock, pull, and label materials efficiently. Prepare items for production lines or external customer shipments. Accuracy & Documentation: Count, weigh, and record all material transactions accurately, executing required computer entries to maintain inventory integrity. Equipment Operation: Safely operate a pallet jack, dolly, and specialized material handling machinery as trained and assigned. It would be WOW if you would bring this in: Instruction & Collaboration: Ability to receive feedback, follow detailed instructions, and collaborate effectively with line and warehouse teams. Practical Problem-Solving: Capability to troubleshoot common and frequent material flow issues on the fly. High Performance Standards: Proven drive to meet or exceed daily movement metrics (e.g., handling 30 bins per hour in repack and supporting 85%+ on-time delivery of set carts). Continuous Improvement: A proactive mindset to evaluate daily processes for efficiency and actively participate in Continuous Improvement events. Machine Operation: Willingness and capability to operate and drive machinery across the facility floor. The environment frequently involves working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to airborne particles, and a high noise level where proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
