Registered Nurse - Staff

The Registered Nurse – Staff provides direct patient care in accordance with established hospital policies, procedures, and standards. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, de v eloping and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Asse ss patient conditions and collect medical histories to develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses Collaborate with healthcare teams including physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals Provide patient education on discharge instructions, health management, and preventive care Document patient care accurately in medical records and charts Respond to emergencies and provide immediate interventions as required Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and regulatory standards Support patient families with emotional guidance and information about care plans Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in acute care or specialty units (medical-surgical, ICU, ER, pediatrics, etc.) Certification in specialty nursing areas Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) license – Required Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel, Inc.
