DESIGNER - Home Textiles (HYBRID)

PLHome is looking for an experienced Home textiles Designer to join our dynamic team. PLHome is a fast-growing textile company, catering to home textile retailers since 2010. Position Overview We are seeking a talented independent thinker, Home Fashion textile Designer, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in home textile industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating print art, embroidery, wovens and packaging designs as well as a finished product design for fashion bedding, quilt, blanket, throw, bath and decorative pillows. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our brands by creating exclusive collections. Must be extremely organized, multi-tasker with great communication skills. Working schedule can be hybrid. Key Responsibilities Design Conceptualization: Develop creative / trend right designs for Fashion bedding, quilt, blanket, throw, bath, decorative pillows that align with our brand's aesthetic and target market. Print and Embroidery Design: Create print art and embroidery designs. Must have good understanding of colors/ trends/retail needs. Should be able to work independently. A whole bedding collection: Develop and creative a whole bedding collection that includes top of bed comforter, quilts, decorative pillows, throw based on trend guide and customer's requirements. Packaging Design: Design packaging art/inserts that enhance the overall presentation and marketability of our products. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product line. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design/ art related field (fine art, surface design, textile and fashion design) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Home textiles (fashion bedding, quilt, bath, window) Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles. Excellent understanding of print, embroidery, and packaging design principles. Ability to translate market trends into innovative and commercially viable design solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
