The Role As a Coach at The Little Gym, you’ll be on the floor teaching fun, high‑energy classes that help kids grow physically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll follow our proven curriculum and teaching methods — and don’t worry, we’ll train you on The Little Gym way. You’ll spend your time moving, playing, encouraging, and helping kids feel confident and proud in every class. What You’ll Do Teach engaging, imaginative classes using our proven curriculum. Create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for every child. Use positive energy, encouragement, and high‑fives to help kids succeed. Support class set‑up, equipment use, and safety standards. Build positive relationships with children and their families. Help keep the gym clean, organized, and ready for classes. Support membership conversations with families and help new families get started. You’d fit in here if… You love kids and aren’t afraid to be a little silly.
