The company supports hundreds of thousands of members nationwide. Role Summary We are looking for a detail‑oriented and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this dynamic, fast‑paced startup environment you will coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, communicate across hiring stages, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your work will directly contribute to our growth. Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the first interaction to the final decision. Schedule onsite and virtual interviews, coordinating seamlessly with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams through clear communication, timely follow‑up, and meticulous attention to detail. Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest ways to streamline recruiting workflows. Support TA Ops team goals, using metrics and KPIs. Maintain process documentation and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency. Represent SmithRx’s employment brand with professionalism and care in every interaction. Experiment with new tools, processes, and best practices to enhance scheduling operations and candidate experience. Assist the TA Ops team with long‑term and ad‑hoc strategic projects. Ensure all processes are compliant and identify ways to make them more efficient. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with at least 1 year as a Recruiting Coordinator. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus). Obsessed with creating great experiences for potential hires. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fully distributed environment (managing time zones, remote interviews, and meetings via Slack, Gmail, Zoom, etc.). Exceptional intuition and natural problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects using tactical and strategic thinking. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $29.50 per hour (standard pay scale; actual pay varies by location, level, and experience). Total Rewards: Eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or equity.
