Job Overview Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment & Labor Associate in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in transactional matters, client advising, M&A-related diligence, and drafting employment-related agreements. This role also involves labor and employment litigation and advising. Duties Advise clients on employment and labor matters. Conduct M&A-related diligence. Draft employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements. Engage in labor and employment litigation. Requirements 3-7 years of relevant experience. Experience with transactional matters and client advising. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
