We have a commitment to understand, define, and deliver what our guests want and represent our company by being professional and courteous to all.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channelsMonitor advertising performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and lead generationCreate audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion-focused advertising campaignsManage advertising budgets and track campaign spendingOversee and support a small marketing team, providing direction, coaching, and accountabilityDelegate projects and ensure timely completion of marketing initiativesFoster collaboration between team members, vendors, and company leadershipAssist in developing marketing processes, workflows, and campaign strategiesCreate and execute email marketing campaigns and newslettersBuild and optimize automated email workflows and customer nurture campaignsMonitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve campaign performanceMaintain email lists and CRM segmentationOversee website updates, functionality, content, and user experienceImprove website SEO, conversion rates, and lead capture strategiesCollaborate with internal teams or vendors to maintain branding consistencyAnalyze website traffic and user behavior through analytics toolsAssist with digital content creation including graphics, promotional materials, blogs, and social media campaignsEnsure consistent brand messaging across all digital platformsSupport company promotions, launches, events, and marketing initiativesTrack KPIs including lead generation, website traffic, ad performance, engagement metrics, and conversion ratesPrepare monthly marketing performance reports and recommendationsUse data insights to guide marketing decisions and strategy improvementsWork nights, weekends and holidays as required.Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsExceptional guest service skills required.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related rolePrior leadership or team management experience preferredExperience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systemsFamiliarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and website management toolsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and creative problem-solving abilitiesGraphic design and content creation experience is a plusCertificates, Licenses, RegulationsMust be able to obtain and maintain a Class A/3 gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington state.Valid driver’s licensePhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentConstantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement daily with sedentary work, occasional bending and crouching. This position requires being outside in different weather conditions for some of the events and employee is exposed to tobacco smoke on a regular basis. This is a 24 hour, 7 days a week work operation.
