This contract opportunity begins September 1st, covering a maternity leave as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. After Thanksgiving, transition into a flexible two-day-per-week schedule, continuing to make an impact until the end of the school year.

Your expertise working with K-12 students will help shape learners’ social and academic success. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to deliver dynamic speech and language services in a supportive educational environment.

Requirements & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid SLP license for the state of Wisconsin
• Experience with K-12 student populations
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt services to various age groups and abilities across multiple school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique communication needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain clear, accurate records and ongoing communication with stakeholders
• Support students in achieving educational milestones and fostering self-confidence
