Administrative Assistant

Location: Chandler, AZ (hybrid 3days in office, 2days remote) Schedule: Monday Friday | 8am- 5pm Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion) Start Date: 10/12/2026- 10/11/2027 Pay Rate: $20.78 an hour (paid weekly)

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support executives and teams in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a highly visible role responsible for keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while providing exceptional administrative and organizational support.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support to executives and business teams
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and conference room logistics
• Support new hire onboarding, including workspace setup, equipment ordering, badge access, and orientation logistics
• Plan and coordinate onsite meetings, leadership events, and team offsites
• Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and reservations
• Process expense reports using Concur
• Coordinate visitor access and building entry
• Maintain shared documents, trackers, and administrative records
• Order office and pantry supplies
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve administrative challenges

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a corporate environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Experience supporting executives or multiple business leaders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
