Your hands turn parts into products. In our Salt Lake City, UT, 84104 facility, you’ll guide components through the last, most exacting stage—where quality and craftsmanship are verified and the details matter most.

From precise assembly to the final look and feel, you ensure every product meets spec. You manually cut and install springs, remove burrs for smooth edges, and inspect finished work for accuracy. Safety is second nature as you handle tools and equipment, and you partner with teammates to meet production timelines. When something isn’t right, you raise it immediately; when new methods emerge, you’re first to learn.

• Consistently meeting specification and quality benchmarks during assembly and finishing.
• Accurate, timely inspections that catch defects before products move forward.
• Competent, safe use of a range of shop tools and equipment.
• Reliable teamwork to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• A clean, well-organized workstation that supports safety and efficiency.
• Prompt reporting of issues to supervisors.
• Active participation in training to expand your capabilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Assembly/manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Sharp attention to detail with pride in quality work.
• Team orientation and strong communication skills.
• Curiosity and adaptability to master new processes and technologies.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed.
