SUMMARY: Site Manager manages the local customer relationship and performs the daily duties at BlackHawk Industrial's customer locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issue product from Tool Crib
• Enter customer orders
• Shipping and receiving
• Review daily KPI
• Cycle count and inventory review
• Customer meetings and relationship management
• Vending, stocking and maintenance, when applicable
• Respond to commonly occurring problems/situations for which standards, procedures or precedents exist
• Perform hands-on tasks, primarily using trade or computer hardware, software, database and data processing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge or ERP system
• Knowledge of supporting software systems
• Basic knowledge of hardware devices, vending machine
• Industrial product knowledge, competent, MRO and industrial tooling
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• No direct supervisory responsibility

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position required
• 2-4 years of experience preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This role operates in an active work environment where employees may be exposed to certain conditions either on an ongoing basis or periodically. These conditions can include moderate to loud noise levels in an industrial setting, and varying temperatures. Schedule flexibility may be required based on customer needs.
• The position requires regular communication in English and the ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers to handle, feel, and operate tools, equipment, or controls for extended periods of time. Reaching with hands and arms is also required. Employees will routinely use computers and other workplace technology.
• This role frequently involves lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. The ability to perform close-vision tasks and clearly focus vision is necessary to safely and effectively carry out job responsibilities.

PPE REQUIRED:

• Eye protection, ear protection, and as required by customer, steel-toed shoes and head protection
