Job Description At myHHBS,we are a growing team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, MasterLevel Supervisors, Registered Behavior Technicians, and BehaviorTherapists in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior AnalysisTherapy (ABA). We are currentlyseeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Therapists forpart-time positions to deliver quality, compassionate, andempathetic one-on-one services throughout Los Angeles County. Positions - 5 Must be available within the hours of 3:00-8:00 Monday - Friday. Requirements Behavior Therapist Duties and Responsibilities: I mplement treatment plans as part of a dynamic team under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Master’s level supervisor. Collect data on all programs. Analyzeand assist young clients in developing appropriate socialbehaviors and life skills Record detailed observation notes for every client Collaboratewith family members to obtain feedback on progress and providesupport Attendclinical team meetings and training sessions Workindependently as well as on a team, taking instruction and constructive feedback positively to ensure a high quality ofservice to the client Behavior Therapist Requirements and Qualifications: Availability Must be available Monday-Friday from 3-8PM Education and Experience Must have a bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, education, sociology or related field AND 2 years of ABA experience OR 1 year of ABA experience and 12 units of ABA coursework. Abilityto lift 40 pounds and sit/play on the floor for extended periodsof time NegativeTB test within last 4 years Must have valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and own transportation Passpre-employment background check Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour Benefits Competitivepay and initial and ongoing paid training - Maximum pay is dependent upon the combination of education and experience Compensationfor mileage and travel time if traveling from one client toanother in same day RBT supervision Paidsick time Opportunitiesfor annual pay increases 401K participation for all employees after 1 year - 4% match #J-18808-Ljbffr myHHBS
