The Role

As our Field Manager, you will be the boots on the ground leader responsible for overseeing day to day concrete operations, managing crews, and ensuring every job is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. This is a key leadership role in our company and the right person will have real influence over how we operate.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage concrete crews across multiple job sites
• Coordinate daily scheduling, job assignments, and crew deployment
• Ensure work is completed according to project specs, timelines, and safety standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and ownership
• Troubleshoot issues on site and make sound decisions under pressure
• Monitor material needs, equipment, and job site conditions
• Hold crews accountable to quality and professionalism standards

What We Are Looking For

• 7 or more years of experience in concrete construction or a related trade
• Proven ability to lead and manage field crews
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self starter who takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged
• Ability to read and interpret plans and project scopes
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up and leading well
