Responsibilities:
Provides experience in one or more information computers, or network security disciplines (e.g., penetration testing, intrusion detection and audit analysis, public key infrastructure, cryptography, assessment and authorization, cloud security solutions, or risk assessment and mitigation).
- Possesses and apply expertise across key tasks and high impact assignments.
- Plans and leads major technology assignments.
- Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
- Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
- Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. degree and a minimum of 5 years of IT security experience, including at least 3 years of experience in one or more information, computer, or network security disciplines (e.g., penetration testing, intrusion detection and audit analysis, public key infrastructure, cryptography, assessment and authorization, cloud security solutions, or risk assessment and mitigation).
- Must have active security clearance.
- Must work on site in Washington D.C. area 2-3 days a week.
Location/Work Arrangement:
- This position is hybrid in Washington D.C.
- Schedule is full-time, Monday - Friday 40-hour week.
