Overview As a Custodian at La Vida Llena, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support the setup and take down of gathering spaces. You’ll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day! Here’s just some of the ways we want you to know you are appreciated: Job Type: Full‑Time (Wed – Sunday 2 pm to 10:30 pm) Pay: $15.00 – $18.28 per hour DOE We pay 90% of your medical premiums – PPO or HDHP/HSA plans available Dental and vision insurance also available 10k of life/AD&D insurance, 100% paid by us! Employee Assistance Program – 6 free sessions annually 160 hours of PTO annually PLUS 7 paid holidays $3,500 annually for education assistance (after 1 year of service) Reimbursement for gym membership/physical activities (up to $240 annually) Public transportation/bus pass reimbursement (up to $240 annually) We’re a 365/24/7 business – so we’re looking for someone with availability. You will independently work on ongoing projects and handle resident requests. Money isn’t everything, but we know it matters!
