Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oklahoma state license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
• New graduates welcome.
• Flexible schedule availability as position requires.
