Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Decatur, GA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Georgia SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience working in an educational or pediatric setting is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students per IEPs and best practices
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students' strengths and areas for improvement
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on speech and language development
