As a CBRE Associate, Property Management, you’ll play a key role in bringing a premier commercial property to life, supporting both tenant satisfaction and seamless building operations. In this role, you’ll be based onsite in Midtown Manhattan, supporting an iconic high‑rise spanning approximately 2 million square feet. Working closely with one of our clients in the financial sector, you’ll collaborate with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and elevate the tenant experience. From coordinating day‑to‑day activities to contributing to strategic initiatives, you’ll be at the center of what makes a world‑class property thrive. What You’ll Do: Partner with the team to identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction while responding to tenant requests and coordinating solutions to meet building needs. Work closely with the landlord representative to address operational matters and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure property standards are upheld and proactively identify potential issues. Create purchase orders and review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivable, and contract documentation. Oversee and dispatch work orders through a CMMS, ensuring timely resolution and accurate tracking. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of management and leasing contract data within internal systems while ensuring data integrity across platforms. Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and applicable state and federal laws, and promote best practices, policies, procedures, and operational initiatives. Analyze data to identify and resolve complex issues, recommending innovative solutions where appropriate. Contribute to team effectiveness through cross‑functional collaboration while continuously identifying process improvements to drive efficiency and performance. What You’ll Need: High School Diploma or GED with 3–4 years of relevant experience required; experience in commercial real estate, vendor coordination, building operations, or engineering environments is preferred. Prior office or administrative experience is required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with vendors and service providers, including coordinating services, reviewing performance, and supporting invoice and contract processes. A comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to evaluate and convey complex or non‑routine information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills paired with a proactive, detail‑oriented, and inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills with the ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Associate, Property Management position is $34.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Associate, Property Management is $37.98 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
