As an Account Manager on our team, you'll focus on growing new business through referrals, networking, and your existing local connections with the support of an award-winning agency that prioritizes coaching, mentorship, and culture. • Drive new business growth through local networking, referrals, and outreach
• Build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted insurance resource
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend the right solutions
• Follow up quickly, stay organized, and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Work alongside a team that supports performance through coaching and accountability

Compensation & earning potential:

• Expected first-year earnings: $105,000 (salary + commission)
• Base salary is flexible and depends on experience and what you bring to the table
• Additional earning upside for candidates who are Health/Life licensed or willing to obtain it
• Strong performers can earn more than the first-year expectation

Location: This position is based in/around Traverse City, MI. Local connections and community involvement are a major part of success in this role. Compensation: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
