Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're currently seeking a customer-focused, detail-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our onboarding experience. In this front-line HR role, you'll be the welcoming face for new hires - guiding them through pre-employment steps and ensuring they feel prepared and excited for their first day. You'll collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR professionals to keep the hiring process running smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Meet with new hires to guide them through onboarding and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to keep everyone informed and aligned
• Verify candidate qualifications and track onboarding progress
• Support the HR team in creating a consistent and welcoming new hire experience
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Hourly Pay Rate: $27.00 - $39.83

Qualifications

Education:

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field will substitute for the required experience.

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources, Recruitment, or related Human Resource experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have considerable knowledge and skills in sourcing and selection.
• Must have the ability to interview all levels of candidates in a healthcare, business and/or IT environment.
• Must be able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and outside contacts.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, investigative, and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be proficient in standard PC applications.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
