HSN Customer Service Specialist

Job Overview Customer Service Specialist supports HSN customer service, working from home to assist customers with problem‑solving, de‑escalation, product promotion and sales while managing a high‑paced call volume. Location This position is remote; candidates must reside in Tennessee and work from home. Compensation $15.00 per hour plus shift differential and incentive pay when applicable. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries on a busy day. Offer additional products on each customer interaction. Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller. Participate in activities such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data. Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and pursue opportunities for advancement within QVC Group. Qualifications Provide a distraction‑free work from home environment. 12 months or more of customer service experience. Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment. Effective communication with a variety of styles. Navigate multiple systems and screens. Follow HSN computer system requirements. Troubleshoot own technical problems (partner with IT when needed). Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours. Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available.
