Forklift OperatorWe are looking for a Forklift Operator to join our Walnut Ridge, AR plant. As a forklift operator with Contech you will contribute to America's essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management. You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance quickly in your career with Contech.Why apply?Competitive wages.Opportunities for overtime.Company provided benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, disability, Company paid life and disability benefits, paid vacation, and 401K.About the RoleResponsibilities:Complete pre- and post-shift daily audits and maintain the forklift's daily safety checklist.Operate forklift to build loads by assembling product into bundles and complete detailed paperwork for each load.Assist with material handling to ensure raw materials and finished goods are stored in the proper location.Prepare lumber for dunnage use, operate saws and nail guns with precision.Regularly fuel and maintain forklift and ensure it is parked in designated areas at the end of each day.Record and turn in production records as required.Keep yard area in a neat and orderly condition by organizing strapping, boards, stringers, and more.About YouWe Require:Prior manufacturing, production, or distribution experience.Certification on Forklift Operation preferred.Ability to operate forklift in accordance with required guidelines.Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.About UsEach day brings new challenges at Contech, and we make sure you are prepared for it all.
