We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation

- Unload and organize incoming goods in designated warehouse areas

- Record and update inventory management systems with received items

- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding delivery discrepancies or issues

- Ensure proper handling and storage of received products to prevent damage

- Maintain accurate documentation of all receiving activities

- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in warehouse receiving or inventory management preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if certified)

- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software

- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Ability to pass employment eligibility verification (Form I-9)
• Availability to work assigned schedules (day, night, weekends, or overtime if required)
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Ability to follow safety rules, company policies, and supervisor instructions
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Lift up to 30–50 lbs (depending on position).
• Work in warehouse environments, including cold storage if applicable
• Perform repetitive tasks and maintain productivity standards
